The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, starting at 11 a.m., on the request from My King Apparel, LLC to renew their existing lease of the County-owned Community Hardware Building for more than two years. The building is located on Parking Lot No. 41, 4538 Middleton Lane, Bethesda.
The public will have an opportunity to present oral and/or written comments. MCDOT staff will present findings of an alternatives analysis, collect resident feedback and answer questions.
Registration is required for the online Zoom meeting to ensure that those who wish to participate receive an electronic invitation prior to the hearing.
