On the guidance of Health Officer and Chief of Public Health Services Dr. Travis Gayles, there is currently no public access to the Council Office Building. The virtual Council meeting will be streamed live on the Council’s web page via YouTube (MoCoCouncilMD) and on Facebook Live (MontgomeryCountyMdCouncil) and can be watched on County Cable Montgomery on channels 30 (Fios), 1056 (RCN) and 996 (Xfinity).

Boards, Committees, and Commissions Priorities
The HHS Committee will discuss policy priorities with the chairs of the Health and Human Services Advisory Boards, Committees and Commissions on Nov. 18 and Nov. 19. Councilmember Albornoz sent a letter on Sept. 29 inviting the chairs to attend these meetings and requested that they identify their top two policy priorities. Dr. Raymond Crowel, director of the Department of Health and Human Services, has been invited to attend both meetings.
