• the East side of Good Hope Road from Windmill Lane to Briggs Chaney Road;
• the West side of Good Hope Road from Briggs Chaney Road to Rainbow Drive.

The proposed shared use path will enhance safety for those with disabilities, pedestrians and bicyclists as they travel to schools and nearby facilities.  Public input is sought to inform the final design of the shared use path.  

The hearing will be broadcast live online at montgomerycounty.adobeconnect.com/goodhoperoadpath.  To attend the hearing or to testify, click on the above link and download Adobe Connect when prompted.  Adobe Connect uses a telephonic bridge to eliminate echo and feedback during the hearing.  To connect:

• Mute your computer speakers;
• From a landline or cellular telephone, dial 1-800-832-0736;
• When prompted to enter the “Meeting Room,” enter 9081014 and press # to establish a connection.

To reduce the bandwidth for the hearing, do not enable video.

Prior to the virtual meeting, the public is encouraged to review the below project documents that are also available on the project website at montgomerycountymd.gov/dot-dte/projects/goodhoperoadsidewalk/index.html. Written comments or questions may be submitted to the Project Manager, Rebecca Park by email to rebecca.park@montgomerycountymd.gov .  Written testimony carries the same weight as oral testimony.
