WMATA Begins Phase 4 of Bus Stop Closures at Rockville Metrorail Station on Wednesday, Dec. 7

For Immediate Release: Monday, December 5, 2022

Due to WMATA performing bus shelter replacements at the Rockville Metrorail Station, the Westside of the station is experiencing temporary bus stop closures. Closures take place in phases. Phase 3 of closures, impacting Northbound Q line buses, began on Wednesday. Nov. 30. Phase 4 of the closures, impacting Ride On Routes 46 and 55 will begin Wednesday, Dec. 7. 

• Phase 1: Completed 
  • Bay E (Ride On Routes 54, 56, and 63) will use T5
  • Bay F (Ride On Routes 44, 47, and 81) will use T6
    
    
• Phase 2: Nov. 17 - Dec. 7
  • Bay D (WMATA Routes Q1, Q2, Q4, Q5, Q6) will use T6
    
    
• Phase 3: Nov. 30 - Dec. 30
  
  • Bay G (Northbound Q Line Buses) will use T4
    
    
• Phase 4: Dec. 7 - Dec. 20
  • Bay A (Ride On Route 46) will use T5
  • Bay B (Ride On Route 55) will use T6
