Yesterday, at approximately 11:51 a.m., 4th District officers responded to the parking lot of Savannah's restaurant in Kensington for a report of  a sex assault that had just occurred.  Investigation revealed that the female victim had advertised on the social website Backpage.com and had agreed to meet Morales-Macedo at his residence for sex.
