Police Seek Assistance in Locating Man Missing from Aspen Hill

For Immediate Release: Monday, August 13, 2012

Detectives from the 4th District Investigative Section are seeking assistance from the public in locating a man missing from the Aspen Hill area.

Yang Jae Sik, age 86, was last seen leaving a residence in the 14200 block of Grand Pre Road in Aspen Hill on foot at approximately 8:00 a.m. this morning.  Mr. Sik is described as an Asian male, 5'6" tall, and weighing approximately 140 pounds.  Mr. Sik was wearing a white hat, white t-shirt, black capri-style pants, and gray athletic shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Mr. Sik's welfare as he has only been in the United States for two days and only speaks Korean.
