10th Anniversary of DC Sniper Shootings - Prayer Vigil To Be Held This Thursday

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the DC Sniper Shootings. The Victims' Rights Foundation is partnering with Goshen United Methodist Church, the Montgomery Village Chiefs Football and Cheer Program, and the Montgomery County Police Department, in hosting a prayer vigil this Thursday, October 4. All are welcome to attend.
