Concern for Missing Rockville Teenager

For Immediate Release: Thursday, November 1, 2012

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Family Crimes Division are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a teenager missing fromRockville.

Elmer Ernesto Garcia, 15 years old, of the 1800 Block of Bradley Avenue in Rockville, was last seen on November 1, 2012 at 4701 Randolph Road in Rockville.  Garcia is described as a Hispanic male, brown eyes and short black hair.  He is 5’3” tall and weighs 198 pounds.  He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, an orange polo shirt, and a blue jacket. He also has a scar on his left cheek.

Garcia is known to frequent the Twinbrook area of Rockville.

Police and family are concerned for Garcia’s welfare.
