On November 15 at approximately 8:33 p.m., officers responded to the Citibank located at 13440 New Hampshire Avenue in Colesville for the report of an armed robbery that just occurred.  Investigation indicated that a 48-year-old male, accompanied by his four-year-old daughter, were using the ATM in the vestibule of the bank.  The suspect entered the bank vestibule and approached the victim from behind.  The suspect displayed a handgun, forced the gun into the victim's back, and demanded that the victim remove an undisclosed amount of cash from the ATM.  The victim complied with the suspect's demands and the suspect removed the money from the machine.  The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot towards Randolph Road.
