Detectives Seek Public's Assistance in Identifying Bank Robbery Suspect

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Major Crimes Division - Robbery Section are investigating an armed bank robbery that occurred at an M&T Bank on December 22, 2012.  Today, detectives are releasing surveillance photos of the suspect and asking for the public's assistance to identify the suspect.

On December 22, at approximately 9:21 a.m., 1st District officers responded to the M&T Bank located at 11325 Seven Locks Road for the report of an armed robbery.  Investigation revealed that the suspect entered the bank, approached a teller, displayed a small black handgun, and demanded money.  The suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash and fled from the bank.

The suspect is described as an unknown race male, over 6'0" tall, with a medium build.  He was wearing a dark blue jacket, a light green button-up shirt, gloves, and a Halloween mask.
