Police Ask for Public's Assistance in Locating Missing Silver Spring Woman

For Immediate Release: Friday, February 15, 2013

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police-Silver Spring Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman from Silver Spring.

Marwa Mustafa Hakami, age 30, of the 8300 block of 16^th Street in Silver Spring, was last seen near her residence on February 9^th.  Marwa is described as an olive-skinned female, approximately 5’01’’ tall, and weighing 115 pounds.  She has brown eyes, long brown curly hair, and possibly has a lip ring.  She is possibly wearing a black, knee-length puffy jacket with red stripes.

Police are especially concerned for Hakami’s welfare because she has medical concerns.
