Earlier in the year, County Executive Isiah Leggett nominated Captain Darryl McSwain and Commander Luther Reynolds for appointments to the rank of Assistant Chief.  Tomorrow, the County Council is expected to confirm those nominations, thereby promoting the nominees to the rank of Assistant Chief.
