MCPD Chief Announces Promotions

Yesterday, Chief J. Thomas Manger announced the following promotions effective on Sunday, April 7, 2013:

Promoted to CAPTAIN:

• Lieutenant Darren Francke - assigned to the Training and Education Division

• Lieutenant James Daly  - assigned to Duty Commander

• Lieutenant Laura Lanham - assigned to the Legal and Labor Relations Division

Promoted to LIEUTENANT:

• Sergeant Sean Gagen - assigned to the 6th District

• Sergeant Sheila Sugrue - assigned to the 5th District

Promoted to SERGEANT:

• Corporal Lawrence Phillips

• Corporal Thomas D'Albora

• PO3 Gregory Jordan
