Police Ask for Public's Help in Locating Missing Juvenile from Silver Spring

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - Family Crimes Division are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile from Silver Spring.

Mignon Boyd, age 16, of the 2000 block of Marlow Farm Terrace in Silver Spring, was last seen at Paint Branch High School (14121 Old Columbia Pike in Burtonsville) on April 23 at approximately 7:00 am.  Mignon is described as an African American female, approximately 5’7’’ tall, and weighing 150 pounds.  She has brown eyes and long, black hair with burgundy highlights worn in thick individual braids.  She has pierced ears and wears an earring on her upper right ear.  Mignon frequently uses the bus for transportation and is known to visit stores in the 12000 block of  Cherry Hill Road (Target, Chipotle, etc.) and stores in the White Oak Shopping Center.

Police and family are concerned for Mignon's welfare because she has not contacted family.
