Missing Silver Spring Man

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, May 7, 2013

Detectives from the 3^rd District Investigative Section are seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing 33-year-old man. 

Clifford Hampton Ellis, of the 12400 block of New Hampshire Avenue in Silver Spring, was last in the 1400 block of Spring Street in Downtown Silver Spring on Monda

y, May 6, 2013 at approximately 11 a.m.

Mr. Ellis is described as a black male, 5’ 08” tall and weighing 160 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a dark black hooded sweatshirt with white lettering and black sweatpants. 

Family and police are concerned for his mental well-being.
