Police Ask for Public's Assistance in Locating Missing Silver Spring Juvenile

For Immediate Release: Saturday, May 11, 2013

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police-Family Crimes Division are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing juvenile.

Daniel Juwan Howard, age 17, of the 1300 block of Wembrough Court in Silver Spring, was last seen yesterday.   Daniel is described as an African-American male with a dark complexion, approximately 6’03” tall, and 150 pounds.  Daniel has brown eyes and short, black hair.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt, and black boots.  Daniel likes to frequent the Castle Boulevard area of Silver Spring.

Police and family are concerned because Daniel has a medical condition and his family has not been in contact with him since yesterday.

Anyone who has information regarding Daniel Howard or his whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).  Callers may remain anonymous.
