Police Seek Assistance in Locating Missing Wheaton Man

For Immediate Release: Thursday, September 12, 2013

Detectives from the 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a man missing from the Wheaton area.

Warisuddeen Tahir Ansariddeen, age 34, of the 3500 block of Pear Tree Court in Silver Spring was last seen earlier today at his residence.  Ansariddeen is described as a black male, 6'2" tall, and weighing 210 pounds.  He has a shaved head and brown eyes.

Ansariddeen may be driving a dark blue 2004 GMC Yukon bearing Maryland registration 4AJ7567.

Police and family are concerned for Ansariddeen's emotional well-being as he may be suicidal.
