Concern for Woman Missing from Aspen Hill

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, October 8, 2013

Detectives from the 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a woman missing from the Aspen Hill area.

Candice Reece, age 36, of the 2400 block of Sun Valley Circle in Aspen Hill was last seen on September 27 at her residence.  Reece also goes by the first name of Christina or Chris.  She is described as a black female, 5'2" tall, and weighing approximately 110 pounds.  She has short, auburn hair and brown eyes. Reece was last seen wearing a light blue, long-sleeved t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers.  She was carrying a grocery bag containing clothes, her identification, and medication information.

Police and family are concerned for Reece's mental well-being as she does not have her medications with her.

Reece is known to frequent the Plaza del Mercado shopping center in Aspen Hill and the Westfield Wheaton Mall.  She usually travels by bus.
