Detectives Release Photographs of Bank Robbery Suspect - Crime Solvers Reward Offered

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Major Crimes Division – Robbery Section are investigating a bank robbery that occurred on Tuesday, October 15 at the TD Bank in Germantown.  Detectives are releasing surveillance photographs of the suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.

On Tuesday, October 15 at approximately 9:20 a.m., 5th District officers responded to the TD Bank located at 19501 Frederick Road in Germantown for the report of a bank robbery.  Investigation revealed that the suspect entered the bank, approached the teller, and passed a note demanding money.  The note implied that the suspect had a weapon.  The suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash and exited the bank.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’11? to 6’01? tall, and approximately 200 pounds.  He was wearing a disguise.
