Detectives Ask for Public's Assistance in Locating Missing Juvenile

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police-Family Crimes Division are asking for the public's help in locating a missing juvenile from Silver Spring.

Taylor Lynn Howling, age 16, of the 2200 block of Greenery Lane in Silver Spring, was last seen by family members on January 20.  She has not been in contact with her family since that time.

Taylor is described as a black female, 5’03” tall, 105 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair.  Taylor has a medical condition that requires monitoring.

Investigators have received information that Taylor has recently been seen in the area of West Deer Park Road and North Summit Avenue in Gaithersburg.
