Update: Missing Juvenile and Child Located

For Immediate Release: Monday, March 3, 2014

Sylvia Higon, age 17, of Squaw Valley Court in Silver Spring, and her seven-month old child, Jayden Higon, have been located safe and unharmed.

Police and family thank those who publicized this missing persons case.
