Detectives Investigate Homicide on Laughlin Lane

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, March 4, 2014



Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - Major Crimes Division continue to investigate a homicide that occurred last night.

Last night, at approximately 10:30 p.m., 4th District officers responded to a residence in the 15800 block of Laughlin Lane for the report of a shooting. Arriving officers found an adult male deceased in the driveway. There was trauma to his body.

Shortly after arriving on scene, officers were notified of an adult male who was dropped off at a nearby hospital. He was reportedly suffering from gunshot wounds. The subject is in critical condition at a local hospital. Detectives believe his injuries are a result of the event at Laughlin Lane, and investigators are waiting to speak with him.

Detectives are interviewing other subjects who were in the house at the time of the crime to determine the circumstances surrounding this event.
