Update: Victim Identified in Germantown Homicide

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, March 5, 2014

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - Major Crimes Division are continuing to investigate a homicide that occurred last night in Germantown.

The victim in this homicide has been identified as James Allen Frazier, age 21, of the 200 block of Frederick Avenue in Rockville.

Detectives continue to ask anyone who has information about this homicide to call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477) or leave a Crime Solvers tip here. Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest and/or indictment for this crime. Tipsters will remain anonymous.
