Detectives Seek Assistance in Locating Missing Rockville Man

For Immediate Release: Thursday, March 6, 2014

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a man missing from Rockville.

Teodoro Ison Ravarra, age 63, of the 12200 block of Selfridge Avenue was last seen at his residence this morning at approximately 10:40 a.m.  At that time, he packed his belongings into his vehicle and stated that he was going back to the Philippines.

Ravarra is described as an Asian male, 5'4" tall, and weighing approximately 130 pounds.  He has gray and black hair, brown eyes, and wears eyeglasses.  He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and blue pants.

Ravarra is operating a black 2000 Toyota Tundra with Maryland registration 22J981.

Police and family are concerned for Ravarra's mental and physical well-being.
