Detectives Seek Assistance in Locating Missing Germantown Man

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, April 23, 2014

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a man missing from Germantown.

Daniel Hanessian, age 52, of the 12900 block of Churchill Ridge Circle is described as a white male, 5'10" tall, and weighing approximately 280 pounds.  He has brown eyes and brown and gray hair.  It is unknown what type of clothing he may be wearing.

Hanessian last had contact with family members on April 19.  He is last known to have been in the area of Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C. on April 21.  Hanessian is familiar with the use of public transportation.

Police and family are concerned for Hanessian's mental well-being.
