Update: Composite Released, Reward Increased to 20K in Northwest Branch Trail Rape

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - Major Crimes Division are continuing to investigate a rape that occurred on Monday along the Northwest Branch Trail in Silver Spring.

Today, detectives are releasing a composite of the suspect believed to be involved in this rape.

In addition, a family member of the victim has contributed $10,000 to the reward money being offered for information leading to the arrest of the suspect involved in this incident.  This reward money is in addition to the up to $10,000 reward offered by Crime Solvers for a total reward of up to $20,000.
