Montgomery County Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating a serious accident that occurred at 0211 hours Friday morning. Emergency communication, 911, received a call from a passing citizen that a vehicle was on its’ side at Middlebrook Road and Great Seneca Highway, in the Germantown area. Officers arrived and found a Jeep SUV up an embankment. Two adult male occupants were trapped in the vehicle. Montgomery County Fire Rescue responded and assisted the occupants. The passenger was treated and released from an area hospital. The driver is in serious condition at a trauma center.# # #
