Advisory: Sobriety Checkpoints This Weekend

This weekend, officers from Montgomery County, Rockville City, and Gaithersburg, along with Montgomery County Deputy Sheriffs and Maryland State Police Troopers, will work together to conduct three sobriety checkpoints in the county.  This enforcement is a component of the Department’s continuing effort to curb impaired driving and underage drinking.  In 2013, Montgomery County police officers arrested over 3, 300 people for driving under the influence.
