Concern for Missing Silver Spring Teenager

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, July 16, 2014

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help to locate a missing teenager from Silver Spring.

Teresa Pacheco was last seen on June 28. She is 15 years old and her home is in the 3500 block of Pear Tree Court in Silver Spring. Police and family members are concerned for her welfare because she has not been seen or heard from since June 28, and that is uncharacteristic for her. Through the course of the investigation it was determined that she had been in the area of  the 4600 block of Tallahassee Avenue in Rockville,  but it is not known how long she was in that area.

Pacheco is described as a black female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and long black hair.

Anyone who has information in reference to Teresa Pacheco’s whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (this number is available 24/7). Callers may remain anonymous.
