Concern For Silver Spring Man

For Immediate Release: Friday, July 18, 2014

Detectives from the 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Silver Spring man.

John William Vere Jr, age 62, of the 1200 block of Palermo Drive in Silver Spring, was last seen at 8:30 a.m. on July 17^th at his residence. Mr. Vere is described as a white male, 5’10” tall, and weighing 190 pounds. He has gray hair and wears glasses.

Police and family are concerned for Mr. Vere’s emotional and physical well-being.
