Concern for Missing Montgomery Village Juvenile

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, September 2, 2014

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Montgomery Village juvenile.

Charlotte Y. Chan, age 17, of the 9300 block of Weathervane Place in Montgomery Village has been reported missing by her family.  Charlotte is described as an asian female, 5’8? tall, 110 pounds, with brown eyes and long, black hair.

Police and family are concerned for Charlotte Chan’s emotional and physical well-being.  Police have verified that Charlotte was scheduled to leave Reagan National Airport on August 24th for a flight to Tennessee but never boarded the flight.  At this time there is no indication of foul play.
