Concern for Missing Wheaton Juvenile

estigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Wheaton juvenile.

Rashad Williams, age 12, of the 3300 block of Hewitt Avenue in Wheaton, has been reported missing by his family.  He was last seen on September 5. Rashad is described as a black male, 4 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with brown eyes and medium-length brown hair worn in twists.

Police and family are concerned for Rashad's welfare because of his age.  He frequents the Aspen Hill/Layhill area in Wheaton, as well as the Westfield Wheaton Mall and downtown Silver Spring.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Rashad Williams is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigative Division at 240-773-5400, or the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).  Callers may remain anonymous.
