Detectives Investigating Indecent Exposure in Rockville-Photo of Suspect Released

For Immediate Release: Thursday, October 2, 2014

On September 4 at approximately 1:40 am, officers responded to the Flagship Carwash located at 2100 Chapman Avenue in Rockville for the report of an indecent exposure that had just occurred.  It was determined that the suspect approached a 41-year-old female, exposed himself, and began inappropriately touching himself.  The suspect fled from the scene prior to police arrival.

The suspect is described as a medium-skinned black male, between the ages of 50-60 years old, approximately 5'07", 165 pounds, with short black hair and a mustache.  He was last seen wearing dark blue basketball shorts and a purple shirt with unknown writing on it.
