Concern for Two Missing Rockville Juveniles

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two missing Rockville juveniles.

Cadie Forrest, 12 years old, is missing from the 500 block of Calvin Lane in Rockville. Cadie is described as a white female, 5’01” tall, 100 pounds, blonde hair with pink stripes and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a Minnie Mouse sweatshirt, gray sports pants with a white stripe and was carrying a neon yellow backpack.

Tori Webster, 12 years old, is missing from the 14000 block of Rocking Spring Drive in Rockville. Tori is described as a white female, 5' 01” tall, 105 pounds, shoulder length blonde hair that was in a ponytail and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a purple raincoat with a white hood and blue jeans and was carrying a green and blue backpack.

Detectives believe Cadie and Tori may be planning to leave the area together. Police and their families are concerned for Cadie Forrest’s and Tori Webster's emotional and physical well-being.
