Concern for Missing Silver Spring Juvenile

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Silver Spring juvenile.

Joshua Emmanuel Vigil, age 14 has been reported missing by his family. Joshua is described as a Hispanic male, 5' 06” tall, 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Joshua Vigil is missing from the 1100 block of Tiffany Road, Silver Spring and was last seen on November 8.

Police and his family are concerned for Joshua Vigil’s emotional and physical well-being. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Joshua Vigil is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division at 240-773-5400 or the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
