Detectives Investigate Commerical Burglaries in Silver Spring

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police 2nd and 3rd District Investigative Sections are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in several commercial burglaries. Today photographs of the suspect are being released.

On October 10 at approximately 11:12 p.m., the suspect entered Dunkin Donuts located at 8401 Colesville Road in Silver Spring. Once inside, he removed an undisclosed amount of cash.

On November 16 at approximately 8 p.m., the same suspect entered El Norteno located at 8917 Brooksville Road in Silver Spring. Nothing was taken but there was damage to the business. On the same date, the suspect also entered Brookville Bakery located at 8921 Brookville Road in Silver Spring and removed an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as described as a white male, between 44-55 years old, between 5’5”-5’7” tall, weighing between 150-180 pounds.
