Concern for a Missing Silver Spring Teenager

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing teenager from Silver Spring, Maryland.

Monica Quintanilla; 16 years old, of the 9000 block of Mt. Pisgah Road, Silver Spring, Maryland, was last seen on 12/01/2014. Detectives believe she may be with friends.  She is known to frequent Langley Park.  Police and family are concerned because the teenager has not been heard from or seen since 12/01/2014.

Monica is described as a white (Hispanic) female, 5 feet 01 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and shoulder length black hair. She has a skin discoloration on her face and neck.   She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black, North Face Jacket with a gray fur hood.

Anyone who has information reference Monica Quintanilla’s whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24hrs).
