Concern For Woman Missing From Good Hope Road

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, December 17, 2014

Detectives from the 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 80-year-old woman.

Sybil McCurty Christian, of the 15400 block of Good Hope Road was last seen leaving Providence Hospital in the District of Columbia on Wednesday, December 17 at approximately 2:30 p.m. Ms. Christian is described as a African America female, 5’ 3” tall and weighing 125 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothing Ms. Christian was wearing at the time of disappearance. She is currently operating a black 2002 Mercedes Benz with the Maryland tag of 1AEE95.

Police and family are concerned for her welfare because Ms. Christian suffers from early stages of Dementia. Ms. Christian has a cell phone and medication with her.
