Police Investigate Suspicious Death as Homicide

For Immediate Release: Sunday, January 25, 2015

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police- Major Crimes Division are investigating the suspicious death of an adult male in the Bel Pre area as a homicide.

At approximately 12:35 a.m. on Sunday, January 25, the Emergency Communications Center (9-1-1) received a call from a passerby who reported that a person appeared to be slumped over the wheel of a vehicle that was parked in an apartment complex lot located at Whispering Pines Drive and Weeping Willow Court.

Officers and Fire & Rescue personnel responded to the area and located a deceased adult male in the driver's seat of a vehicle; he appeared to have been shot.
