Detectives Conducting Homicide Investigation of 95-Year-Old Man

Montgomery County Police Major Crimes Detectives are investigating a homicide in Colesville that was discovered on Monday, February 23, at approximately 12:30 p.m., in the 500 block of Randolph Road.

Police were called to the scene after a concerned friend related that they had not heard from the victim. The building property manager checked the apartment, found the resident deceased, and called 9-1-1.

Responding 4th District Patrol officers found the circumstances to be suspicious.  Homicide detectives are now conducting the death investigation.

The 95-year-old male victim's identity is being withheld at this time.
