Concern For Montgomery Village Woman

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department - 6th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing Montgomery Village woman.

Maria Quintanilla, age 73, of the 9800 block of Walkers House Road in Montgomery Village.  She was reported missing by family in the early morning hours of March 28.  She was last seen at her home on Friday, March 27, at approximately 4:00 p.m.  Maria Quintanilla is described as a Hispanic female, 5' 5" tall and weighing 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and shoulder length gray hair.  At the time of her disappearance she was wearing a blue dress and black shoes. Quintanilla is believed to be on foot and is known to frequent the area of Montgomery Village Avenue.  She is familiar with public transportation.

Ms. Quintanilla has exhibited signs of dementia. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
