Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown juvenile.
Mervin Rivas-Chang, age 16, of the 13000 block of Millhaven Place in Germantown, was last seen yesterday, April 16 at 6:45 a.m., when he was dropped off at a school in Germantown. Mervin is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8” tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and was carrying a black bag pack. He frequents the area of Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg.
Police and family are concerned for his physical and emotional welfare. Mervin has not been in contact with his family since his disappearance.
