Concern for Gaithersburg Man

Detectives from the 6th District are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing Gaithersburg man.




Eric Stephen Taib, 41 years old, was last seen at his residence on Centerway Road in Gaithersburg.  Prior to leaving the house, he had an argument with family members and threatened to harm himself.




Eric Taib is described as a white male who is 6' 1" tall, and weighing 210 pounds.  At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a black shirt and camouflage shorts.  Detectives believe he may be in the Arlington, Virginia area.




Police and family are concerned for his emotional well-being and physical welfare.  Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Eric Taib is urged to immediately contact the police.  Callers may remain anonymous.
