Police Ask for Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Juveniles

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile from Estelle Road of the Greenwood Knolls neighborhood.

Bianca Cruz, age 13, of the 13000 block of Estelle Road, was last seen on June 18 near her residence. She is described as a hispanic female, approximately 5’3” tall, and weighing 90 pounds.  She has brown and reddish hair and black eyes.  It is not known what clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.

Detectives believe Cruz may be in the company of twin brothers, Samuel Charles DeCarlo and Isaac William DeCarlo, 14 years old, of the 14100 block of Grand Pre Road and Allan De Souza Machado, age 16, of the 13300 block of Keating Street in Rockville.

Samuel Charles DeCarlo, Isaac William DeCarlo and Allan De Souza Machado are currently missing and are known to frequent the Aspen Hill area but are now believed to be driving to Ocean City, Maryland. They may be traveling in a tan, 2015 Toyota RAV4 with Maryland temporary tags, 477169T.

Police and family are concerned for the physical and emotional welfare of the four juveniles.
