Concern for Missing Juvenile from Wheaton

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police-Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Wheaton juvenile.

Chelsea Denise Ledesma, age 16, of the 11600 block of Elkins Street in Wheaton, was last seen on August 1. Chelsea is described as a black female, 5’03” tall, and weighing 127 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. She is known to frequent the area of Northwood Terrace in the Kemp Mill area of Wheaton.

Police and family are concerned for her physical and emotional welfare.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Chelsea Denise Ledesma is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Division at 240-773-5400 or the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
