On September 4 at approximately 12:25 a.m., patrol officers from the 1st District responded to an alarm at the Sunoco gas station located to the rear of the Cabin John Shopping Center at 11355 Seven Locks Road.  Investigation revealed that an unknown suspect broke the glass in the door to the store area, entered the store, and attempted to force open the ATM located inside the store.  Nothing of value was taken in this burglary.
