Concern for Missing Silver Spring Woman

For Immediate Release: Saturday, September 19, 2015

Detectives from the 3rd District are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a missing Silver Spring woman.

Cherell Nicole Smellie, age 24, of Staley Manor Drive in Silver Spring, was last seen on Friday, September 18 at approximately 9:20 p.m. at her residence.  Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

Cherell Smellie is described as a black female, 5’4? tall, 160 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who sees Cherell Smellie or has information on her whereabouts is asked to immediately call 9-1-1.
