Concern for Missing Rockville Woman

UPDATE: October 12, 2015 : Ms. Brown has been located safe and unharmed in Rockville.  Thank you to the public and media for sharing this missing person case.

Detectives from the 1st District are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a missing Rockville woman.

Sharon Ann Brown, age 60, of the 200 block of Forest Avenue in Rockville, was last seen on October 1 at her residence. Ms. Brown told a housemate that she would be leaving the home for the day and would return the next day (October 2).  Ms. Brown has failed to come back to the house.  Police are concerned for her emotional and physical well-being.

Sharon Brown is described as a black female, approximately 5'8" tall and 250 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.  She is known to frequent the Aspen Hill area.

Anyone who sees Sharon Brown or has information on her whereabouts is asked to immediately call 9-1-1.
