Student Charged With Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance on School Property

A School Resource Officer from the Montgomery County Police Department has charged William Conrad Keysar, age 18, of the 2000 block of Queensguard Road in Silver Spring, for distribution of a controlled dangerous substance on school property.

On November 25 at approximately 9:00 a.m., the school resource officer at Montgomery Blair High School, located at 51 University Boulevard East in Silver Spring, was notified by a nurse in the health room that two female students were suffering from an elevated heart rate and other medical issues. The students were transported to an area hospital for further treatment and later released.

The investigation revealed that Keysar brought brownies laced with possible marijuana into the school and provided it to the two victims.

Keysar was charged by a District Court Summons with two counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance on school property.
