Concern for Missing Woman with Alzheimer’s

Detectives from the 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 66-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s.

Nancy Eillen Strohmeyer of the 13100 block of Millhaven Place in Germantown last had contact with a family member via phone yesterday at approximately 7:00 p.m. and has not been seen or heard from since that time.

Strohmeyer is described as a white female, 5' 7? tall, and weighing approximately 130 pounds. She has shoulder-length blonde hair and may currently be wearing a tan coat over a turquoise sweatshirt.

Strohmeyer is without her medication and police and family are concerned for her welfare. Officers are actively searching for Strohmeyer and have requested the assistance of a helicopter from the Maryland State Police to aid in the search.
